It is a &#39;peace village&#39;, where supposedly the Muslims brokered a peace between the Gonja invaders and the local peope, presumably the Mpre (or Mparba). I found at this blog interesting, that someone actually had gone there and lived there for a while. I have never been there -though at many other places in G&gt;onja - and have this on my program for my next trip to Northern Region.
